That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our comfy unisex rave clothing and accessories policies, which detail the way we operate our business. Shipping

When will my order ship?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 15 business days of the order being placed online.
Multiple unit orders will not ship until all items are available in stock.
You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation at the time your order is shipped that includes your tracking number.

Please note: tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update to their next scan location and not all shipping methods have step-by-step tracking.
Unfortunately, we are not able to upgrade a shipping method once an order has been placed.

When will I get my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address used to purchase at the time your order is complete.

Your confirmation email will include:
-Line detail of the items ordered
-Shipping and billing address
-Shipping method selected

If you have not received your order confirmation within a few minutes of a successful order, please check your junk or spam folders and make sure your email address was entered correctly.
If the confirmation email is still not found in your inbox and/or you may have entered your email address incorrectly, reach out to our customer service team and we'd be happy to look into it for you and get this fixed!

My order hasn't shipped. Why was I charged?
All orders are charged in full at the time you place your order. For security and compliance reasons we do not keep payment information or credit card data on file.

International shipping is now available.
Please allow 15-30 business days for your order to be delivered.
You will receive a tracking number for your order. You will be able to track your order via USPS or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

POLICY OVERVIEW

-Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order's arrival to the customer.
-Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise without damage.
-Backpacks or Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return.

How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?
Once your returned package has reached our office please allow up to 8 business days for it to be processed through our returns department. A representative will be in contact with you (via the email address used to place your order) to provide further details.

Return Tracking
Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.

Can I get a pre-paid return shipping label?
Shipping fees are only covered for products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly. Please contact customer support with an explanation of the defect and include a photo and/or video of a damaged or incorrect item to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email for your return.
If you have received a return shipping label, make sure you send your item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label, or your return shipping label will become invalid.

What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?
Due to high demand and varying stock levels, if we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, you may return the original item.
When will I see my refund?
In most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 10 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.
Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Any new features, which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the terms of service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery, or otherwise, OBSIDN will not be responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, OBSIDN is not held responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
OBSIDN reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards for salable conditions.
Where provided, all original packaging should accompany the item, and the lack of these items will risk a return being rejected. All accessories (including, but not limited to: backpacks, hoodies, hats, and sweatpants) must be in an equally salable condition to the items that they accompany.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer foregoes secured tracking, OBSIDN is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. OBSIDN reserves the right to define and determine "salable condition" at our own discretion.
